1 /5 Ali Al Hashemi: I changed my rating from 3 star to 1 star. As I was a lawyal customer and always bring my cars to his shop since 4 years. However, The owner is very rude and not smiling or welcoming me. He doesnt know how to deal with his customers! Also, he posted an advertisement at the street for the oil and filter change for $29 and when he do the oil and filter change for my 2006 4 cylinder Rav 4, he charges me $58!!! I will never bring my car to this shop again.

Hawthorne: I love Paulo the owner man lol he’s so funny and he doesn’t sugar coat anything or take it easy on you for not taking care of your car because he cares about the car probably more than the person driving the car and that feeling for me is validating enough to trust him to work on my cars ! 5 /5 Liner Fiber (JC SilverBaque): Pedro, the owner, is a very good mechanic. He cares about his customers and gets work completed correctly and in a timely manner. I do my ien work unless it has to be put on a lift. (my garage at home didnt come with one) I am 63. I have worked on cars since I was 18. And I dont trust the average mechanic. Before I tell a shop what I need, I tell them a bit of my history working on cars. With Pedro, Trizz owner, he right away spoke to me with respect and talked mechanic with me. My truck is a 2000 Silverado. I have Had brake lines, rear brakes, master cyclinder. Fuel Filter and Pump, a new motor and after 5+ years, brakes again. And he does all my oil changes. And talk about Honesty, when I needed my rear axle rebuilt, he told me he did not have any experience with solid axles and recommended I find a drive train shop! Pedro and his crew have never disappointed me and I Highly Recommend him!

They were about to close and I feel Pedro could hear the distress in my tone he got us in and was even willing to come in when closed to help us. He gave us many resources and treated us like family! Could not be more appreciative to Pedro and his team!

I can’t even believe that I’ve never thought to review them before. Pedro is incredibly honest. Sometimes even when I wish he would sugarcoat the news but he always tells it like it is. They have good prices and are very trustworthy. That is so important to me because I’ve had many mechanics to take advantage. Not at Triz!
