1 /5 Holly Hartley: Normally I have had a good experience with true touch but today I left with bleeding cuticles on multiple fingers, a messy French tip, and dip powder cured to my skin. I had to ask her to redo the tips multiple times because she left hairs in the white polish on my nail, would give me a crooked French tip, and leave smudges behind. When I asked her to make changes, she would sigh and get pretty annoyed with me. Still left with terrible nails after asking for specific changes. Paid $150 after tip :( probably won’t go back unless Alex or his wife does my nails himself:/

1 /5 Kat Welever: I will never go and I highly recommend that no one looking for a new nail salon choose this place. They did an absolutely horrible job on my nails!! They are uneven and lumpy, I’ll put it this way my 10 year old niece could have done a better job. AND charged me $55 for a fill on this hack job. I’m not the only one either, as I was getting my nails done a gal came in to have them attempt to fix the terrible job done on her nails. The guy kept burning me because his machine was set too fast. Several time he said “ oops” as his machine tip grinded on my flesh. I have an injured finger and even with me reminding him of this fact he was so rough I was almost in tears. I am so disappointed, my birthday is next week and I really wanted nice nails, now I’m stuck with this garbage because I can’t afford to go get them fixed.

3 /5 MaryKate M: Sweet nail tech, terrible pedicure. I’m happy to pay more for a good pedicure, this wasn’t it. She didn’t do my cuticles, the nail polish was everywhere and she left I trimmed skin on my toes. Really disappointing. The menu said $55, she charged me $65 and I left a $10 tip. Won’t return.

5 /5 Kaydee Cox: Best nail salon in Snohomish. I have been going here 10 years and won’t go anywhere else!! Great service and always pleased. The owners are so down to earth and make sure we are happy before we leave!

I have gone to many different salons over the years and never felt as welcomed, comfortable and listened to as I did the first time and every time I walked into this salon. She took care of my wants and also informed me of my needs and allowed me to choose. I have been back 4 times and we are in process of bringing my natural nails back to the healthy form they once were before I started getting tips and acrylic. I have found my forever nail salon. I have also gotten pedicures from some of the other ladies in the salon and they rub your legs for a good while and take care of you . They make it a great experience as it should be . Grant B: Michael and Tracy did such a beautiful job on my nails! I am in love! They are the kindest people in the world and squeezed me in last minute! Their prices are wonderful and their shop is so loving and everyone is so kind! I can’t wait to come back! The hand massage alone would make me come back! I came in with Pinterest pictures of sparkle, ombre tips and was having so much trouble deciding and they helped me pick the colors and they did incredible!

Angel Beaversouris: Tidiest shop I’ve been to yet! They sanitized everything to industry standards and had little brushes to clean up any stray polish. Mani/pedi deal on Groupon was very worth it. I would highly recommend getting some matching aprons with the store logo on them (you’re not in school anymore!), as well as some name tags so we know how to spell your names — also some QR codes with links to your Google/Yelp page would be great too. It is worth noting that one of my pinkie toes has been broken before, and Jhoanna took extra care to ensure that nail polish didn’t get smudged by painting it separately. Little touches like this make it evident how talented these folx are about inclusivity and accommodation. Support your local small business by visiting these recent nail school grads! Montana Trokey-Moudy: Within 2 days 1 nail completed lifted and I had no choice but to remove the nail, it had moisture collecting under it, and the only part that was attached well, was the glued tip. The next day I realized my thumb had moisture stuck under the nail, once I clipped the side I realized my nail was soft below. Several other nails are starting to show lifting, and Im only 3 days out from having them done.

Lyudmila Dovgalyuk: Ive been getting my nails done here a few times now. The last time I came in on Saturday with another nail technician I was pretty disappointed. I normally see Michelle the owner and never had any problems. I came this time and it was with another lady. I was requesting to get my nails done a certain way, and style. Instead of going home with it done that way she pressured me into doing it another way. She said "its old school nobody does it like that". So at this point I felt discouraged and quite disappointed, I went with another style and color. Mostly to just get out of there sooner!! We continued with another color. Then she mentioned I cant have them too short if Im doing SNS. While showing another photo with what I was trying to have. She says "you cant have the same nails as in the photo!!!". Im sorry but I pay $50 to get my nails done. Expecting a good service! And with the nails I want. Instead I walked away SO GLAD TO GET OUT OF THERE. I should not be yelled at like a four year old. All the customers kept looking over as if I was asking for so much. Its basic needs and wants when I get my nails done. If you have a full schedule maybe dont fill it to the point that the customers arent able to get the needs that they expect to receive. Using "old fashion" as a excuse that you dont have enough time.
