5 /5 Heather Hacker: I don’t know why I have not been here before. I came in expecting a much larger bill as I had been told I needed more services from a dealership. The guys here told me I did not need those services. Everything was great and I paid such a good price for a basic oil, lube and filter change. They offered me a courtesy ride and were so honest and friendly. I will come here forever. Don’t go anywhere else. These guys will take care of you.

5 /5 Wayne: Tune Tech is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. They check your vehicle thoroughly and let you know which repairs need to be made. The prices are reasonable and they offer a military discount. They also offer transportation to and from the shop if you drop off your vehicle. Very friendly staff always eager to provide whatever service you may need and you can make appointments online. I use the Division location and highly recommend them.

Their team is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to accurately diagnose the issue, and clearly explain, with total transparency, necessary repairs and total cost. No pressure, no upselling, just straightforward recommendations, always. Technical expertise meets exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and high-quality car care. After recent repairs to my daughter’s car, Scott personally test drove it, and gave it the “Dad’s seal of approval” Thank you for putting on your own “dad hat” and going the extra mile to make sure it was squared-away for my youngster.

5 /5 Kenneth Chandler: The Customer Service Here is Top Teir and I Honestly Feel Like Calling it Customer Service is Doing it an Injustice, When you walk in, they make you feel more like Family, not a person who is just visiting to get a vehicle fixed. Every time Ive needed something done on the Jeep it was done same day with a level of Honestly and detail and shows a certain knowledge to their craft is unmatched. Much Respect to Scott, Jack and the rest of the team. I Will definitely Recommend this Place to Anyone in the Greater Spokane Area.
