2 /5 candace marsh: It was getting a lil late, so I made it a point to hop on line really quick to ensure they were open. Just as I approached the door of the Richland Ulta at 8:52, an employee walked up and locked it. I checked the time on my phone again, as I stood there in disbelief. At this point , there were now 3 employees, smirking as they put forth a valiant effort to NOT make any eye contact with me. I almost never write reviews but being that this wasnt the first (or second, or third, or...) time that I have experienced poor customer service at Ulta. My biggest complaint & the main reason I typically take my business elsewhere is the empoyees. The gossip & "mean-girl atmosphere is not for me.
