5 /5 Adrienne Beath: I’ve been to ummelina a few times and today was by far my best experience. Amanda was my massage therapist and she was so amazing. I’ve had massages all over town and in Seattle and she gave the best massage I’ve had. And Kadence at the front took me back for my foot rub and she was so sweet and gave wonderful customer service. I felt compelled to leave a review because of how wonderful the team was today all the way to end of Lexi checking me out for my items. Thanks so much for the great service.

3 /5 Lisa Walker: I scheduled a 30 minute chair massage and the massage therapist was late. I don’t mind waiting because things happen and I just assumed my massage would be timed and would run 10 minutes over. I even notified my ride I would be a little bit late. I was surprised when she was finished and I went to the lobby and saw we ended at the time my massage should have ended if we had started on time. The massage was good but I was shorted 33% of my appointment. They follow up with an email asking about your experience but obviously those comments aren’t even read. I don’t plan on returning.

5 /5 J F: Had a wonderful time experiencing the pregnancy celebration package! The foot soak was more of a light foot/leg massage and the shower was very luxurious. Amanda did a great job making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I definitely plan on returning.

1 /5 Samantha Reyes: After leaving Ummelina, today, I left feeling very frustrated, and unwelcome. I went in to get a gift card as a birthday gift, and as soon as I walked in the employee made me feel extremely uncomfortable as if I did not belong there. She was very rude, when I asked for the gift card and a menu to see services she coldly just said “there”. I still bought the gift card, but the employee made me feel like this is a place I will not want to visit again. I was not able to get her name but she was wearing a black, pencil skirt suit, and had her hair in a slick bun. Extremely disappointed in the service and way she treated me.

5 /5 Robinson Lora: I have had 2 appointments at Ummelina. On both occasions I was treated like I was the only one there. Such great hospitality, friendly staff, excellent services. I was very pleased not to hear any staff member gossiping or putting down one another, very professional. When you are there, you are the center of their attention. Thank you for providing me the comfort and relaxation I so desperately needed when I was there.
