I cant wait to book another facial and will be recommending her to all my friends and family. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one of her magical facials!

She asked me a few questions and gave me a great personalized facial based on my skins needs, I didn’t dare cover up my skin the rest of the day! Not to mention the post facial relaxation had me in a dream state. You NEED to see Brooke!

1 /5 Rebecca Keiki-Marie Morris: I have been getting my haircut here for a little while now. I just received a cancellation from The stylist at 3 o’clock for my 330 appointment that says this: Hello Rebecca this is Nicole from Urban Spa Salon. I hope you are doing well, I regret to inform you that I am closing my books this week which means I have to adjust my clients a bit. I can no longer take you on as a client due to limited space on my schedule… for me, this is just poor business. Let somebody know 30 minutes before their appointment that you are dropping them from your books??? They offered me a 5 o’clock appointment with somebody else today that is unknown to me. I’m already busy at five today as well. A call yesterday or last week, But 30 minutes before an Appointment?? I initially came to Nicole for the “Curly Girl” cut style, which she doesn’t do. The last cut I got from her also frizzed my bangs, an okay cut… I am glad that business isnt normally like this, and I still find myself w/out any resolve. I also wonder if there has been any update about how this happened, was I the only person? Still wondering

5 /5 Carly Hamilton: I have been seeing Nicole for years and I can honestly say I have never been happier with my hair! She is the most highly skilled and knowledgeable hair stylist I have ever worked with and I trust her completely! She always gives me the most beautiful and natural color and keeps my hair strong and healthy with olaplex treatments and perfect hair cuts. I can also always count on her to not only give me recommendations for products that are right for me, but also for my friends and family. These products are always reasonably priced and AMAZING quality!! She is a wealth of knowledge for any hair concern and she genuinely wants the best for her clients. Nicole has been such a gift and she is also so much fun to talk to so your appointment will be very enjoyable!! She is truly the best!! :)
