I can no longer take you on as a client due to limited space on my schedule… for me, this is just poor business. Let somebody know 30 minutes before their appointment that you are dropping them from your books??? They offered me a 5 o’clock appointment with somebody else today that is unknown to me. I’m already busy at five today as well. A call yesterday or last week, But 30 minutes before an Appointment?? I initially came to Nicole for the “Curly Girl” cut style, which she doesn’t do. I am glad that business isnt normally like this, and I still find myself w/out any resolve. I also wonder if there has been any update about how this happened, was I the only person? Still wondering
