5 /5 Shannon Patterson: I see Ellie at the Capitol Hill location and she is great! I love every haircut I have gotten from her and she also just did some hair tinsel for me. They are really communicative around appointment confirmations and changes. I think their pricing is a really good value, which is really refreshing. I also really appreciate that the vibe is positive and the people there really seem to like each other. I also really appreciate that the music is never too loud. Call me old.

1 /5 Angel L: Didn’t get what I asked for, it looks okay, but not at all what I asked for, the color washes me out and doesn’t look good with my skin tone (not the color I asked for). I asked for black with red and my whole head is purple… Double charged for deposits when they weren’t supposed to. The stylists were really nice but the lack of transparency left me spending over half a grand and not wanting to look in a mirror after my appointment. I didn’t want to make the stylist feel bad and I knew they wouldn’t offer to fix it so I just left. Really disappointed and now I have to deal with my hair until I can find somewhere to fix it… photos included

5 /5 Hazel Sparkles: Lauraina did such a good job on my color correction that I went home and cried. Having her do my color is a stress free wonderful experience every time. Very fine, detailed workmanship. My witch streaks have never looked better. Extreme attention to detail, extremely talented. You wont find a colorist like this more than once in your lifetime.

1 /5 kamna gupta: Vain - not producing any results or useless is exactly what this salon is doing to its customers. I reached 4 minutes late for the appointment and the stylist denied providing service. They even kept my $50 deposit. I literally rushed in there with the work badge still around my neck explaining them how I couldnt run, given my preganancy situation but this place knows no mercy or regard for loyal, repeat customers. I bet the stylist will just use my hard earned money to enjoy a 30 minute break and posting their instagram stories. How in the world do these people even sleep at night?! I am taking my business elsewhere and by that I mean $165 for a haircut. This place literally cost me $75 (deposit + cab ride) for nothing, not to mention the mental stress - All in VAIN.

Didy Koc: I recently got a haircut, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. It’s important to emphasize that while people may have good intentions, they should not take customers’ hair and time for granted. My hair is long, quite thick, and straight. I spent three months growing it. Now, I have a short haircut with different lengths from side to side. The fact that the business did not offer a refund due to a non-refund policy ( which I find unreasonable) for my dissatisfaction was even more upsetting after I lost my hair. The business owners offered to give an adjustment cut, but as a customer who lost trust, I don’t want to return to this business again. Businesses should prioritize their customers’ satisfaction, especially if they hope to regain their customers’ trust after a loss.

Aubrey Remedy: I did one of the "shine and hydrate plant infusion" treatments after my hair color and three people said they "loved my highlights," which I didnt get! My hair was super shiny, as if I had done a gloss, for about 3 weeks. Highly recommend if you are wanting some extra pop in a way that adds health to your hair. Kince does such a great job and always works to improve his service offerings. My hair is so healthy since coming to see him.

Liana consistently gives me the best haircuts I’ve ever had, and Victoria cuts and styles my wife’s hair perfectly. They’re both lovely, thoughtful, and delightful people too!

L P: Yikes, Jen is rude. Was so ready to love this place based on how close it is to home and how many glowing reviews I had seen! But I was running a few minutes late due to an accident on 99. Tried to call to be courteous, no answer. Ended up sliding in the door 9 minutes late and she cut off my apology and said she was waiting and about to cancel the appointment. Did she try to call or even text? No. Yes I was late but what was I supposed to do if they dont answer the phone and dont call to check with the client? I tried. I felt so unwelcome I wasnt comfortable staying and letting her touch my hair after all that. I left and wont be back.

Chelsea Crowell: I saw Brooke before having my baby and she did such an incredible job on my hair! I was able to feel beautiful and put together after giving birth and that is hard to do. It’s been several months, and I still get compliments on how great the color has held and how naturally the cut lays. She treated my hair with such care and was quite the perfectionist about how she placed my foils. Not to mention, she is so sweet and fun to chat with while you’re in the chair. Brooke is truly wonderful!
