1 /5 Tylicia Messiah: The customer service at this place was far less than exceptional. The owner gave me a paint although I wanted a pedicure. Claiming she was busy, there was no one in the shop. Just my friend, one other customer and another Nail Tech. She left me out to air dry, didn’t offer me sandals nor did she point me in the direction of any drying station. The pedicure seats were disgusting. Old water sitting in nearly all of them and the seat closet to my friend legitimately looked like it was being used for a dust pan. Assuming because I complained, I was asked if I wanted to go outside before my nails even dried. Mentioning the wet paint, I was met with heavy glares and literal insults. 0/10 would not recommend.
