5 /5 Jocelyn M: Highly recommend Jennifer! I use box dye in my hair all the time, I went all over Vancouver to different salons for consultations and got high prices, even up to $400. I felt disappointed that I had to spend so much then I got a call from Jennifer I got a price and booked an appointment. Im so happy with my hair? Its almost to what I want, Im going back for brighter purple peekaboos. My hair is so soft and shiny. Im so happy with how it feels and looks. Jennifer is so knowledgeable with all her products. I got along great with her. If yu want her hair done and just do box dye, come see Jennifer at visible changes! Highly recommend!!!!

2 /5 Alex AO: I really wanted to like this place. The ladies here have always been friendly so I made the time to have my appointment here. I had recently gone to a five star place that botched my requested ombre and just gave me a straight line in my hair of blonde. This was my first time ever doing anything fancy with my hair so I was upset about my first salon experience. When I went to Visible changes to get a consultation, I asked the salonist here if she could fix my hair and make it look exactly like the photo. She said with confidence that she could. Before I left the consultation, I asked her again to verify that it would look just like the photo and she said she was confident she could no problem. I went in to my first hair appointment and was there for 4 hours. I wasnt quite happy with the results because it had a short ombre fade and just went from dark brown to blonde without any of the rich burnt honey/hazelnut color in the middle like in the photo. She said I could come in again and she would fix it so that made me feel better. I just had my second appointment to fix it and I am not happy. She said they were short staffed and I felt rushed through. Barely any changes were made to my hair after another hour there. I asked her to extend the ombre by adding in the color to the mid section like in the photo. My natural dark brown was added back in to extend the ombre and it came out kind of blotchy and grey. I thanked her for fixing the ombre but voiced my concern that it didnt have the same hazelnut color pop like in the photo and expressed I wasnt quite happy with it. She told me it was impossible to make it fade while adding color like in the photo. Its not impossible, its in the photo! I asked before hand if she could do it and Im upset that she is now saying she cant. Im out $170 and I dont like my hair. Its not the worst but it doesnt feel like the quality it should be with all that time and money that was put into it. I feel bad for giving such a low rating because she did make my hair a little better than it was when I came in but I feel jipped and wish I had gone somewhere else...

5 /5 Breanna Smith: I highly recommend Jennifer for anything hair-related, especially for fashion colors! I followed Jennifer to this salon. Jennifer listens to what you want and will politely and professionally explain the pros and cons of what you are looking for and give great recommendations for your style, complexion, face shape, color longevity, etc. I have never left her chair feeling anything other than happy with my hair. Jennifer has done multiple fashion colors, balayage, weaved highlights, color corrections, and more to my hair and has explained everything she was doing and how to take the best care of my hair at home to keep it looking fabulous for as long as possible. I recently took my nine-year-old niece to see Jennifer as she wants to dabble in high fashion colors like her Aunty, and she left so ecstatic and in love with her hair. She has changed her dream job goal from following her Aunty’s footsteps to doing what Jennifer does, being a bomb a** beautician. I’d give Jennifer 10 stars if I could!!

5 /5 Ariel Hricziscse: Kelly Martini at Visible Changes is an excellent hair stylist! She really listened when we had our consultation and she completely understood some concerns I had about my hair. She gave me a great hair cut, and gives a relaxing scalp massage with her shampoo. She styled it using a round brush and blow dryer which gave my hair great body and a nice curl to it. Kelly was very professional and I recommend her if you are looking for a haircut. I havent had her color my hair yet I have seen her work on her Instagram and it looks great. Another thing she did great was that I only wanted an inch off the length and thats what she did! I feel like sometimes I will ask for less off and I get a 4 inch haircut instead, but not with Kelly, she didnt go "scissors happy". She really listened and delivered. Im very happy with my haircut!

5 /5 Lee Holzhey: I am always greeted with a friendly smile and Jackie is always ready on time! She has cut my hair for several years now, never laying a hair wrong. She has also got me using proper hair care products which have made a difference! I highly recommend Visable Changes Salon.
