4 /5 A Murray: I had a wonderful experience with a message by Alison. She was attentive to my needs and requests and made me comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I feel like the whole “spa experience” is completely forgotten by hotel management. Upon checking in I was led to a locker room with a robe provided. However I didn’t not receive any slippers or a towel (I like to shower before massages). The massage products were unlabeled and unscented. The music and atmosphere of the room were nice. After the massage I showered and the body wash container was empty. Again. No name products. No water dispenser for guests to drink after sauna/jacuzzi/treatments. Additionally the sink area looked like one you’d find in a public gym. A bit of care and attention to the space would go a long way for guests experiences. For such an expensive massage I would have expected more from the establishment.

2 /5 Allie Hotra: Im a little torn here. I am thankful they have brand new robes, sure that was nice. The facility is fine. I will say, Ive had many massages, and I paid $185 for a deep tissue massage that was NOT done very well at all. The practitioner massaged one of my feet, but not the other, typical mistakes like that. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, loved them. Lost a ring there and called about it, have not heard back. There are other places to receive a much better massage for a better price, I assure you that. I would not recommend, seriously.

5 /5 Bailey Jones: Gorgeous outdoor hot tub! Indoor hot tub and pool also available. There is also a sauna and spa, although I didn’t get to use them.

2 /5 Helena Chu: This review is just for the spa. I received a massage and the lady was nice but did not know what she was doing. Ive had a fair amount of massages to know they shouldnt feel like fast skin to skin friction fire. She barely used any lotion or oil and rubbed so fast and vigorously it shouldve been called a scrub. Was disappointed for the $140 price for 50 minutes.

5 /5 Honest reviews Thurston county WA: My husband and I decided to take a mini winter vacation and somewhat randomly chose our destination to be Stevenson Washington right on the Columbia River. We booked our hotel and researched some points of interest to visit. To surprise my husband, I also scheduled a massage for the two of us at Waterleaf Spa and Fitness Center. Unfortunately severe weather hit so hard, knocking out power throughout the town (leaving our hotel without heat) we had no choice but to try to make the 3 hour drive back home in that blizzard. I called the spa and cancelled our appointments the day before they were scheduled. Despite their no refund policy, the manager I spoke with was so understanding and compassionate and relieved my worry about being charged for the massages we were unable to get. We found the entire town of Stevenson welcoming, kind, charming and seemingly a not very well known honey hole for countless sites and experiences. We are already planning to return in Spring and hope the Waterleaf Spa and Fitness Center has openings for my husband and I to finally get those massages.
