They were very gentle and calming with her through the whole procedure! Made it a good experience for my child! I was nervous, but Dr. Ping and his assistants were so generous to lovingly answer my questions as if my daughter were each of their own child. They put me at ease, and we ultimately decided that doing the procedure would be best. It was so quick, and my daughter handled it so well, immediately after and, now, a few hours later. Truly, thank you!

Ellie Hill: Assistant Megan was fantastic. Only briefly met Dr. Johnson, but seemed quite nice. I do appreciate him calling that evening to check on me although I was not able to answer. Only thing that would help this office proved better service to their patients, is a LIVE answering service for when they are not able to grab their calls. The Answering Service can email or fax messages so the office has them immediately, and does not have to take the time to listen to voice mail messages and play phone tag. Great other than that! :)

Very professional, warm and friendly staffed office. They were VERY thorough with my care overall from the X-rays, exams, cleaning, to the communication. You will not be disappointed! They even took care of finding a smoothie place after my cavity fillings ~ what service! :)

With up to date technology I was able to have my crown done the same day. It was fascinating to observe the crown being designed and made. The staff was super friendly and made the appointment go by quick.
