Just finished getting a second-molar root canal and was pleased by their due diligence in verifying the procedure along the way and providing proper pain/saliva management. My tooth is saved albeit needing a crown, but I couldnt have asked for anything else.

Dr. Theut and his entire staff made me feel safe and like a member of their own family. He made sure I was feeling comfortable and safe at every step of the way. Honestly I went home and cried happy tears because I had never felt so safe/comfortable a dentist office! I HIGHLY recommend this office for any root canal or endodontics needs. Im actually looking forward to my 2nd visit now. Thank-you Whidbey Endodontics!!!!

5 /5 Madison Aylesworth: Whidbey endodontics is amazing! I went here for a root canal that I was extremely anxious about. I’ve always heard such bad things about root canals and I’ve always had a fear of the dentist which led me to not go but after having so much pain in my tooth I knew I needed to go. I got referred here and I must say I was very very impressed. Dr. Thuet did an awesome job, didn’t feel a single thing during the procedure, kept me numb and made sure I was comfortable. They even prescribed me something for my anxiety for the procedure that helped tremendously! I would recommend this place to anyone! If I ever have to get another root canal done I will definitely be going back.

5 /5 Catherine: I am so grateful to Dr. Thuet. I came in questioning a past root canal, having sinus and health problems. After the initial visit, he was able to tell me what had been the cause of my problems for the last 5 years. 2 root canals performed by my dentist had failed. One had caused a hole in my jaw and the other, a hole into my sinus. I had spent thousands on other doctors and tests without an explanation and he was able to tell me in my first visit. He is very knowledgeable and I wouldnt hesitate to have him help you. My case was complicated and he was able to help me by redoing the root canals and directing me to an oral surgeon. He explained everything very well and helped me feel comfortable. We are lucky to have someone like Dr. Thuet on the island. I would highly recommend him.

5 /5 Kathleen Wayman: I have seen Dr Thuet twice; once for a root canal on a tooth he saved heroically and once for a tooth that had to be pulled (as I suspected). He is kind, knowledgeable and caring. He walked me through the exam, treatment and prognosis. The staff is competent and helpful. Highly recommend.

Alena Yurevich: The worst dentist experience. Nothing was bothering me before I came to the office. It was a yearly exam and then they have gave me an initial plan for routine feelings which included 3 appointments. Dr. Hope was working on my teeth. The manner was rough and rushed. On the first appointment Dr Hope decided that she will change the plan and decided to work on 5 teeth on one appointment. She started working on a lower tooth, but there was bad pain when she was drilling so she started working on other teeth half way through the lower one. Everything felt extremely rushed and very rough. She performed work on front teeth, then proceeded to lower tooth. She didnt adjust or polish lower tooth since she was focused on the front teeth and kept redoing the front, only after I asked her to look at the actual picture of what they looked before she did. After I came home the pain started, continued to get much worse with every day on all the teeth she has performed work. I came back next week, asking for a different dentist at this point because I didnt want her to perform any more work on my teeth. Again, these were routine feelings. They had to correct the bite and polish and adjust all the teeth she has worked on. I kept bringing up a concern about a lower tooth which was in a lot of pain, they just kept telling me it was a bite issue. I went to a different dentist, had to do X-rays again, and now this has turned into a root canal on the lower tooth. The other teeth she has worked on are always in pain as well. At this point I had already been to the dentist 4 more times because of the sloppy work she has done, and now up to a limit on my insurance plan. Dr Hope I am really hoping when you have a medical issue a person that performs any medical work for u does exactly the same job for you you did for me. Absolutely nightmarish experience.

Hanna Dickson: Two of my kids have had both cleanings and cavities filled and I have been very happy with everyone I have met. They do a very good job putting both my kids and me at ease.
