5 /5 UniverseSinking2011: Dr. Draper and staff are so top-notch that Id give more than 5 stars if I could. And Im someone who taught train-the-trainer courses on customer service (i.e., I trained others on how to train people in customer service). The processes, charges, scheduling, insurance billing, steps to be taken, probable length of time for various appointments, imaging, etc. -- every detail conducted and explained in a positive, concise, clear, friendly, and professional manner. If I were still teaching customer service, this office would be a prime example of excellent practices. DM
