Danika Monroe: Surgeon and her staff at this location are extremely unprofessional. Beware all Prosser Memorial Health clinics, but especially this one. Surgeon will cancel your surgery hours prior due to you leaving poor reviews on her clinic, as well as input blatant lies into your MyChart notes. Took 7 months to get this surgery set up, after her receptionists were hard to reach for weeks. Got surgery scheduled, and surgeon cancels last minute day of. I attempted to go into the clinic to get paperwork signed releasing me back to work since I cannot afford 10 unpaid days. Surgeon refused, and left notes in my chart that I was attempting to get MORE time off, instead of trying to go back to work despite me calling and verifying they could do that and handing them the paperwork that they apparently did not read.

Sydney Dewees: They did a great job! I have lower dentures from a medical accident from 2 years ago. I was told by another dentist that I should get upper dentures because my teeth have deteriorated so much from medical issues. I moved to the lower Yakima valley and wanted to see if any dentist around the area did dental implants for upper teeth. They did BUT the dentist explained that there is another option, crowns. They saved my teeth, saved me over 15,000 dollars, and gave me a great smile! The back 4 teeth (molars and pre molars) were done in one visit while the front 6 were done in another. As you can see, they literally transformed my smile. This is a good dentist, great assistants, and amazing outcome. Try them out!!

Against Corruption: Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I went here for years seeing Dianne. Little to say I didnt get any help just dozens of different pills to take for years even after I constantly said they made me sick. I gave up after taking the pills for 3 years. I constantly felt like a lab rat. Gave me anti seizure medication to help me with social phobia and anxiety attacks related to my aspergers condition and having ptsd. I was on a cocktail including over 2,000 MG of lithium carbonate a day. Im glad I stopped taking her dozen plus prescriptions no doubt in my mind that if I kept taking all the medications I would be dead by now. This place needs to be investigated by the state.
