3 /5 Connolly Home: I believe that Dr. Iasella is highly skilled and does very good work but dealing with their business/billing office was very frustrating. There was a decided lack of follow through when I requested assistance in helping me deal with insurance coverage. Furthermore, I was scheduled for 2 additional procedures but cancelled as the doctor was unwilling to perform those procedures (sinus augmentation and implant) on separate visits. I requested this accommodation so that my insurance would cover both procedures. I easily found another oral surgeon who was happy to do so. Jerry C.

1 /5 Geoffrey Hammond: Dr. Iasella is great but the office staff and billing are awful. Have to pull teeth to get a response or to resubmit to insurance after their mistake. Incredibly disappointing service and I would not recommend going through them.

4 /5 Courtney Melone: I was told for them to examine my son it would be free and they ended up charging me, I would have never gone if I had known that and when I call the lady just argued with me. Thankfully Dr. Iaesalla called me personally and talked to me about the situation and we worked it out and he was very apologetic and nice. Wish the front office had bed side manners but that seems to be the normal lately. As far as doctors go though he was very thorough and completely honest about my sons teeth and even sent him home with pictures. Very personable.
