1 /5 ahahahsjdid you: Asked for assistance to a girl named somia she ignored me walked away and did not help me at all. is this who yall are hiring? just trash employees who don’t know how to work. I hope she’s not working there anymore because this was unbelievable and she also said i can find my own pair of jeans ?

1 /5 Natty Dalan: Went to pick up an online order and ask about a possible return. Was treated like I was stupid for asking if I could return an Aerie product there because I was picking up Aerie product. Several times I mentioned that I was just asking because I wasn’t sure if it was a possible, and some tall, reddish haired associate with glasses that I was speaking with was incredibly condescending. I would not recommend speaking with that particular associate, or visiting this particular store. I haven’t experienced customer service this atrocious in ages.

1 /5 Adrian Hernandez: Went to return an item because I did not like the way it fit. Still had the receipt, item was in new condition. The manager turned around and told the girl attending us no, they cant return that. Went to another American eagle and got store credit. This American eagle needs a new manger.

1 /5 Arianna Merida: Store mangers at this location are so rude. I’ve tried to let corporate know about how snobby and unprofessional they handle situations and they have done nothing. The manger wouldn’t even let me speak about my situation and basically told me that her nor customer service can do anything with a disgusting attitude. I’m not sure if she’s was store manager or assistant but she had red/ginger hair. It’s also kinda crazy that these mangers work at a clothing store and are wearing leggings with crocs and t-shirts. So unprofessional. American eagle needs to also do better with their return policy.
