1 /5 Kristina Rojas: We purchased several items for my daughters quinceañera and had nothing but problems along the way- we were told it would take 4-5months to come in- however did not get the dress until 9months. When we went to pick up our package- the bouquet was the wrong color of flowers and rhinestones and was told that was what we selected. While getting dressed for pictures, we noticed the string for the corset was missing from the dress- when we called down- she said “oh yes it’s right here” she knew it was still in the salon and never called to let us know they forgot to put it on the dress. Since the dress took soo long to come in- we were worried we would not have a dress in time or at all so we ended up going across the street to Mi Gusto Es where thankfully we had a MUCH better experience where they were nothing but helpful and responsive and I wish we would have went with them from the beginning!
