3 /5 Lory & Karlea: The store is nice and employees are very considerate, but be cautious about products. “Lifetime” paddles have a one year warranty even if the defect is definitely a manufacturing issue. Our paddles started to peel apart and “Lifetime” says that we can go purchase replacement paddles from their website. Pay a good deal of money for paddles that start to peel apart and cut your hand and they’ve always been stored inside with the life jackets and other kayak gear.

1 /5 Dennie DiFilippo: Maybe the swirling trash outside the entry doors was a clue. There was a guy at the register but he was busy on the phone. I saw two employees at the sports center engrossed at the computer - neither one noticing a customer waiting for help. I looked around for another employee- didn’t see any… I returned to the front register where employee was still on the phone while helping a customer put air into a ball with the worlds smallest air pump. I waited for 5 minutes more before I decided it wasn’t worth my time. When I get home - I’ll order what I wanted on Amazon. Don’t cry to me Big Five - your customer service is right up there with many other businesses in Aberdeen WA. Won’t be back.
