1 /5 Zak Thomas: My wife was interested in purchasing a jacket out of their display case in December. They didn’t want to part with it at the time because it was in the window, they put it on hold and told us they would call us after the new year to come get it. It was a system they used to prevent having to always refill window displays. Totally understandable. We ended up needing to call them after the new year to check on its status, they indicated they had delays in shipments so it was still in the window for a few more days. Ok totally understandable. Call again a week later and it’s gone!!! Come on!!! I realize this is a Good Will and we will live but have some courtesy to your customers. My wife was looking forward to the jacket, now she is disappointed. The staff likely aren’t paid enough to really care that much but it would great if they could manage the seemingly simple process of reserving merchandise for customers.
