1 /5 Sofia Estrada: My first time going to this store to get Christmas gifts, never again. I was ready to purchase my items as I walked to the register. I had to wait 5- 10 mins to be checked out. As 5 employees just stand near the register talking among themselves. Looking straight at me and going on with their conversation. So unprofessional. This accident happen 12/6

2 /5 Ashley Hunstock: Staff is nice but returning items if you purchased on a gift card is an absolute headache. You have to wait for a refunded gift card to come in the mail & then pick it up in the store days to a week later. I came in to return my boots so I could then shop the black Friday sale & will now miss out on it.
