1 /5 Maleki Ralston: I recently made a purchase at Buckle’s Tacoma Mall location on 08/28/2025 and was shocked to discover that only one boot was in the box when I got home — the right boot was completely missing. This kind of oversight is unacceptable from a brand that promotes itself on quality and customer experience.
As someone who serves in the Army and works as a public servant in Washington State, attention to detail is a core value I live by — and frankly, I expected the same from Buckle. This wasn’t just an inconvenience, it was a complete failure in basic quality control.
I’ve been a loyal Buckle customer for years, but this experience really shook my confidence in the brand. I hope they take accountability and correct this immediately, but I shouldnt have to chase down something as basic as receiving both shoes in a pair.
Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.
