5 /5 Aelece Ashley: I have been a loyal customer for many years since my first purchase of bigstar jeans in 08 lol. I always have had good service but today was absolutely above and beyond. Amelia was on top of everything as the store was slammed. I worked at Washington Square Nordies at 18-20 back in 98,99 and I was rarely experience anything that resembles the customer service I was taught to provide. Amelia reminded me there are still people who take pride in their craft and aren’t just ringing things up. My husband comes in as well and finally got our youngest son into non skinnies. Taking pride in our profession is just not a reality in this time and although we always get exceptional service this was above and beyond. Incredibly grateful! Ashley and Jason Mackmer

5 /5 Michael Matthiesen: Outstanding Customer Service. The salesperson was extremely helpful. I only wish I could remember names, but I did observe all the employees helping customers and answering questions. The quality of the clothes was also really good. Worth the price in my opinion. Was there on Sunday October 26, 2025.

2 /5 Paula Daniels: I love the store and the selection they have. I visit the store at least once a week. I have a personal shopper that I really like and she knows what I like. I don’t care much for shopping so she (Hanna) makes my experience quick and easy! On Sunday I was in with my friend and the store was crazy busy. Hanna got me in and out with some really nice things and quickly. She amazed me by remembering the size of pants my friend wears and he has only shopped there a couple of times. I was taken back by some of the employees in there talking badly and loudly about Hanna. They have seen me before so I couldn’t believe how much they were talking about her. It made me feel very uncomfortable and they were being extremely unprofessional! I hope management sees my post and address this issue soon! Hanna! You ROCK! And I hope you get an apology!

3 /5 Jonny Marquez: Was in the store today (8/31/25 at 6:09pm) at the Vancouver Mall, and the cashier didn’t put one of the T-Shirts I bought into the bag. (We got 6 items and when we looked into the bag it was missing a shirt) The store did close before we could go back in and get it, and we were unable to leave a voice message on the phone. The shirt was a large white shirt with a brown Coors logo on the front and a brown Rodeo theme on the back. I would appreciate it the store will set it aside for me to pick up Wednesday (9/3/25). I have our receipt with me.
