The security guards now stop every person entering to explain that they (security) are there to help facilitate a safe and happy shopping experience. I dont know about you but the moment I see security I realize right then what there doing and what there job is, I mean we werent in a nightclub or a concert, right!? Pretty self explanatory. Also take the time to set up a loyalty program it helps if you misplace your reciept and a couple other perks.. The employees always ask if you have one but if you say no They will not take it any farther unless you ask to sign up.
