1 /5 Talia Blue: I tried to sell here, the wait list took an hour. When the cashier showed me the cloths they were taking I realized I forgot a jacket in my car, I walked to my car and came back within 10 minutes. When I came back the cashier told me I needed to get on the wait list again which had 7 people ahead of me and would likely be another hour. Upon looking at the item I had brought, the cashier said, "we would buy this, but you will need to get on the wait list again." It just didnt make sense since I had already waited an hour. I left, only to come back again realizing they had never given me any cash from the sale I made, and so, I came and I left again without realizing until later that they had given me 15$ short.
Personally, I dont care about "customer service," I just care about being reasonable, and to me this was another level of disregard.
Crossroads used to be cute back in the day. It seems like in this cut throat economy, businesses are sacrificing their authenticity in order to survive by tailoring themselves to the hungrier crowd. I hope Seattle can more be chill and cool someday.
