1 /5 Gavin Loudon: Im way out of shape and working on fixing that. I thought Id pick up a few items at Dicks to help me get started. The only time the cashier stop talking to their coworker was to make a statement about how lightweight the gear I was buying was and how they use gear thats over four times the resistance. I think next time Ill just shop online where I dont have to worry about being judged while Im handing over my money. I really wish I had just walked off instead of finishing the transaction.

5 /5 Mario: I’m fairly new to golf, so finding someone to take time and discuss what will work for me is difficult to find. I was lucky to meet Cameron and discuss what might work. After visiting multiple golf shops, I had to return to talk to Cameron regarding a new 3 wood. Thank you Dick’s for having such amazing talent at your store. Truly rare.

Your guys website states “store hours 10:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m” and below that it states “curbside pickup hours 9:00 am - 7:00 p.m” I went to pick up and order at 9:06 a.m and was told by the employee “just to let you know we don’t open till 10:00.” I told him your guys website states otherwise. He didn’t even give me a response and walked away. Fix your guys website hours or gather you staff and communicate the correct information so everyone is on the same page.
