5 /5 Sasha Smith: They have a good selection of souvenirs, particularly T-shirts and sweatshirts. They have some cute earrings, ornaments, hats, and pins as well.

5 /5 iamfriedman: Great customer service! They went out of their way to send us a replacement toy that our son lost a few months ago. It was a shark plush toy that we got him from the shop last summer and he took it everywhere until he lost it on a walk. They were very responsive and helpful getting it replaced and even sent the extra mile and mailed it to us!

3 /5 Shelly Cordis: This used to be our go to place for San Juan souvenirs. But this year we went they had remodeled (looks great), but looks like they cut the inventory in half! Kids used to love this shop, but its not the same. A lot more expensive items, less of the cool t-shirts they usually had. But the worst was the gal didnt look up one the entire time we were in the store from her tablet, until we were at the counter buying items. Im sure shes seen a million tourists, but we were purchasing and not just looking.

1 /5 Lisa Meyer: I purchased an inexpensive ring yesterday. Today it broke so I went to trade it. The young worker said right away after I explained that sorry but she was closing in a minute. I said I just want to trade it for a new one. She said I could buy a new one and that no one has ever had that complaint before. So I say then I got a faulty one. She said if I bought it broken that would be different. Sure, I often buy broken stuff. She said there is nothing she could do. Mind you, shes closing in a minute and its like 20 minutes before the hour.

5 /5 PAUL RUDD: We enjoy this shop, it’s right on the dock, along with a wine shop and a coffee shop, hello! They have a nice selection. A great stop while waiting for a ferry or just walking around Friday Harbor.
