You never know what people are going through… but when you work customer service, and I have, you really need to leave your personal life at home. I have never dealt with a more rude employee then I did today… i can deal with bad attitudes but I won’t deal with being called a lier over whether or not you heard me ring your guys bell TWICE or not. Safe to say I’ll never go into the store again. Just wanted a ballon for my disabled friends birthday. Thanks

1 /5 Danette Main: I can no longer shop here with my mother who uses a wheelchair for mobility. The aisles are always blocked with freight making it hard to shop but impossible for a person with disabilities. This was not a 1 time occurrence. I am shocked a company this size does not comply with Americans with Disabilities Act.

2 /5 Jesse C: These guys need training on proper product ordering and stock shelving placement. This place was almost dangerous to walk through, the amount of product in the middle of the isle and boxes on the shelves was like the show horders. The problem is, is that all of these stores are the same, the stress you place on your staff and customers is completely unacceptable.

Ive never seen any other mishap in my 10 years of living. I remember going there on a Halloween day and getting the last glow in the dark machete toy

1 /5 Taylor Crisp: I used to love shopping shopping at this dollar tree it actually used to be one of my favorite dollar tree locations, which is convenient because I live in the area close by. Not anymore ever since they switched things around and started adding different items because of the price increases this store has become so disorganized and messy. The different item options and higher prices dont bother me, but the massive disorganization and mess bothers me. Evert time I come here I see boxes and boxes of unopened merchandise blocking the isles and have a hard time finding the items i used to buy here when I was a regular. I cant even access most of the items because its constantly blocked with boxes, and its a mess. I am sure short staffing is part of the reason. However, the mess and disorganization makes for a rather unpleasant shopping experience. Even thrift stores arent this disorganized, which says a lot. Please close the store for a day or two or add hours for staff to get the store organized so isles arent blocked with tons of boxes of unopened merchandise. I also dont like having to alost trip over merchandise either thats a safety hazard. In fact, this whole store is a safety hazard. Before, it used to be very clean and organized now its a disaster. Which is disappointing because I used to love and enjoy shopping at this dollar tree, especially since its close by to me. The items I used to be able to find and access i cant find anymore because of the disorganization and mess. Its been like this now for the past few months it shouldnt take that long to get organized and clean. Please do better for your customers. Please provide a better shopping environment.
