5 /5 Andrea F: Honestly I bought shoes online that were a total failure and had to return several, however the manager (pretty sure Mark) was absolutely lovely and encouraged me to shop around before I had to deal with it directly. I found shoes to replace the ones that didnt work, and he fixed everything. He was very polite and funny and accommodating, and Ill definitely go back because it was s great retail experience. (Truly.)

1 /5 Tonya Cortez: Went to the store 9/19 around 1:30 pm to do an exchange/return The assistant manager was not only rude but turned us away When we requested a manager, I was advised the manager was out that day I called customer service when I got home because the situation didnt sit well with me and was told their policy, our return should have been handled at the store I am a long time customer and purchase through this company often and quite a bit when I do I drove 45 minutes one way for something that should have been resolved but was sent home almost immediately instead and come to find out they didnt follow proper protocol

He engages with every customer and is just a great! He goes above and beyond helping customers and I hope the company sees his hard work!
