1 /5 Babalao: Drove to the store on a Wednesday around 3pm (today), store closed, no lights on. Website said it was open, called, no answer, message inbox full. Wasted time.

1 /5 Robert Mobley: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. I bought a work jacket on 3/5 and felt pretty good about it. The employee was nice and helpful. Came home, read the washing instructions and proceeded to wash it inside out on the gentle cycle. Line dry only so no dryer. There was damage from just washing and tried to return it on 3/6, today. I was told I couldnt return it because it was damaged. Duh! There is no return policy in the store or receipt. Sergio the employee was nice but did nothing. Im filing other complaints so hopefully it will get resolved in one way or another. Buyer beware! No returns on poor quality merchandise. I do not recommend Five(One) Star Workwear.

1 /5 Angie Castle: I bought a reflective jacket from you. Paid $49 for it. I work in an office, not even in the field but have to have one to go into our yard. I have worn it twice and the reflective strip on my sleeve is coming off. If it comes off, I can no longer use it. Brought it in to exchange and was refused. Awfully expensive coat to not replace if strap is coming off already. Was going to buy another one for my boss, not now. If I knew things here were non refundable, I guess I would have checked it better before purchasing. Disappointed. As you can see still like new.

5 /5 Al Miquel Miquel: This place should be called 10 star workwear! My work started a new construction project several months ago and our crew needed new everything, heavy duty pants, helmets, reflective jackets- I mean everything. Our foreman and I came here and I was amazed by the selection and low prices. All of the workear and other gear we purchased here is still going strong. Stopped in yesterday for some more work gear for some new hires and was greeted by a young man who was polite respectful and helpful. Great to see the younger generation with some work ethic. We will be continuing to get all of our crews work gear here
