5 /5 User 4321: Nice and clean shop no old smells and good soft lighting for anyone with sensory needs. No music playing when I went so another plus for those with sensory needs. Organization for each category is on point and easy to grab what you want to look out without feeling like youre playing a game of Jenga. Aisle navigation width is about 2 people wide, but note theyre long aisles no breaks in the middle. They accept donations and are a non profit so Im thrilled to support over goodwill any day. Pricing is great I spent $25 on my first visit and came away with some cool boho items that fit my aesthetic. They do accept card payment without any hidden fees, so no need to handle cash. Everyone was nice and theyre bilingual too! I flagged down a worker to check out but didnt mind the extra social aspect as they were working on organizing and keeping things tidy in a nearby aisle. Those who cant communicate would benefit from a bell at the register if they need assistance, next time Ill check if theres one. Parking can be tight for bigger vehicles, but there are enough spots to not fret. I did accidentally drive by without realizing, but once I looked at the pictures of the exterior its next to the cell phone shop. I cant speak to donation process but they do accept items, not sure about furniture though. Overall a very positive shopping experience, I cant wait to go back again.
