Kohls - Federal Way (WA)

3 /5 Jason L: Stopped by Kohl’s in Federal Way to handle an Amazon return, and it’s located inside the Commons Mall with a shared parking lot. Today, the Amazon return station was set up near the entrance, which made things a bit more convenient. Still, dragging heavier items through the mall isn’t ideal and would be much better if this were a standalone location with easier direct access. The staff was efficient and didn’t waste time, which I appreciated. The mall itself was moderately busy, so parking took a little hunting. Overall, it got the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of ease and layout. JY review

5 /5 Steven: I love this store. There’s always a sale and they have good quality products. Having the Amazon returns in the back is a plus. It allows me the opportunity to shop at this awesome store. They have great customer service and I highly recommend shopping here.

2 /5 Tony Rose: Never even heard of kohls until today, stuff seems overpriced and the same stuff at Freddys or walmart with closer to Freddys prices. Yikes. The Amazon returns is about the only thing keeping them from 1 star

1 /5 Nicole Hutto: Stood in the small Amazon Return line for 20min. When I went to the front to make a purchase it was another 10 min. There shouldve been others to help get through these lines. I never stood in line that long during the holidays.
