Kohls - Burlington (WA)

2 /5 Veronica McCoy: Did a return for my sister, returning an online purchase. The perfume right there at the entrance was extremely overwhelming! Especially to anyone with sensitive or allergies. I didnt even bother to shop in person, so I just did my online return and left.

1 /5 Veronica Fenin: Ok so I came in to the store today. Did some shopping went to make my purchase. Came up to cash registry and cashiers totally seemed to ignore me. One sales associate was helping one person. The other seemed to be busy. Than both seemed free but non wanted to call me to the register. I thought they were just busy. But as soon as line of other people formed behind me. Both associates began helping everyone with purchases. But as I was standing prior alone waiting for cash register to proceed. It looked like no one planned to help me with my purchase. And I was noticed by both associates. Because they made eye contact with me multiple times. And didnt say a word. Not hello, nothing. I mean I guess no one cares there about their customers. May be thats why lots of stores going out of bussiness. But this will be my last time visiting this Kohls probably. Im just confused how come I was treated totally different from evryone else. That felt very disappointing.

3 /5 Matthew Anderson: Typical Kohls store. Typical pools merchandise. These places always seem a little off to me and I wonder how these places stay open.

2 /5 Kelley Miles: Store is well stocked. However customer service is basically non-existent. Doubtful if I ever go back.

5 /5 Carolyn Holmes: Yessica should be in training for the store manager position. She assisted me when I couldnt find a section of the store. But she did not stop there. She suggested other areas of the store that might have what I needed. Then, she laid out a map for me to follow. To my delight, she was my checkout cashier and sold me on a credit card that I thought I didnt want. Did I mention she was helping new cashiers while flawlessly helping me? Yessica was quick and efficient while smiling and sharing her vibrant personality. She made me feel valued. I am coming back!
