5 /5 Xia Lockheart (TrueVixion): Rissa was absolutely phenomenal!!! Her customer service is top tier ! Unbelievably impeccable! You will have someone who will greet you instantly and make your day shine brighter than the sun !!! She is super kind and actually really funny! Made my husband and I feel at home ! She assisted us with all of our wants and needs and we most definitely WILL be coming back sooner than later ! One of the only stores in this mall that I will continuously bring my business to this mall, store and company ! 10 out of 10!!!

5 /5 Linda Norrid: I shopped here on Black Friday and it couldnt have been better. I arrived several hours after they opened and the shelves were very well stocked and organized. There were knowledgeable staff everywhere willing to help. The floors were gleaming, polished clean. It couldnt have been a more perfect experience.

2 /5 Jeni Northern Cole: I was directed by an employee to go upfront for my online pick up order. Not explaining to me that its self pick up and exactly where to pick up. So I stood in a long line up front to be told its self pick up. Then I had to go all the way around to do the pick up. The customer service was poor. I realize people are on edge with the busyness of the holiday season, but dont talk down to people. If you have a certain system in place, explain it well to customers. I felt like I had to do the walk of shame to get my order. Good grief. Yes, I got an email about it, but I didnt read it "careful enough." So partially my fault, but your poor customer service was definitely not my fault. Do better!

3 /5 Sarah Hayhurst: I used to love coming in to Kohls. Everytime I check out now, it’s just hard selling your credit card. I literally told Mary 3 different times today no thank you and she was still trying to convince me. I really try to be polite but it feels like they are crossing boundaries. All of them are doing it now and it’s super annoying. They were congratulating this poor young girl today for getting the Kohls card and it felt so wrong. They are just manipulating people into going into debt. It’s awful and really makes me want to stop shopping here. Please tell your employees to take no for an answer and to stop doing this to people.
