Macys - Kennewick (WA)

4 /5 Mike Niederkorn: Store is clean, plenty of clothes options, lots of parking, several entrances, staff were everywhere for the holidays. I think the prices can be high so if its not discounted dont bother. Dressing rooms were large and clean.

5 /5 Mark Butcher: Shopped for formal men’s clothes to prepare for a wedding. I don’t dress up much, and so asked if they had someone who could help me figure out what would look good on me. The cashier recommended JaVonne Watson. What a pleasant surprise! She didn’t even have to measure me or my son, she just guessed our size (very correctly) by looking at us. She made the experience fun and quick. She asked just the right questions and made the entire process so easy. She even asked what color dress my wife would be wearing, in order to get a tie that is close to that color to make us seem more of a couple. We bought more than intended, and still came out spending much less than I had anticipated. I highly recommend asking for JoVonne; she will make an otherwise stressful experience a time of laughter and peace.

1 /5 Keiston Rawlins: I had a very disappointing experience at Macy’s on Black Friday, specifically at the men’s fragrance section. The associate working there I believe her name was Gracie she was rude and had an attitude when I asked her for a price of a cologne will never be shopping here again

3 /5 MrE Mann: This would be 5 stars if the vendors in the fragrances dept were able to ring up the customers. We dealt with very friendly and capable people and we ended up spending several hundred dollars on cologne. When it came time to pay a grumpy, non social woman jumped in scanned the items said a price, robotically finalized the transaction then stepped away. We were dumbfounded. There should be some consistency of service or training for the people that actually handle the transactions.

5 /5 Peach Tree Retirement Center: This Macys is great! Such a nice clean store. Lots of clothing options. Great styles... Could not find anything above size 14 in womans clothing although they have a plus size department full of great styles. Cost is a bit mor of course...
