Marshalls - Union Gap (WA)

1 /5 T MAN: My family loves going to Marshalls. This store however has the worst layout. Only one direction of traffic can be going in the aisles. Otherwise you’re forced to rub butts with strangers. No thanks.

1 /5 Hillary Bossert: Do better Marshalls everything is so pushed together a person could not fit down the aisles lord for bid if a person is disabled you can not get a wheelchair or walker anywhere in the store. Not one time was I greeted in the store. The manger was just chatting it up with the associates. Such a bad experience.

1 /5 Marissa skibidi: Recently bought a shirt for my mom and had to come back to make a return. For some reason, the store employee wouldnt let me make my return. I had the receipt along with the tags & used my debit card. The shirt was unworn, never used. It wasnt even 2 weeks from when i had purchased it & she told me that she had never saw that brand at marshalls. She refused to take the return and even refused to help me figure it out and walked off. I usually dont make complaints or anything like that, but i hope no one has that experience like I did!! She was just so rude about it and didnt have to react the way she did.
