5 /5 Renee Larios: Drove from Marysville because I heard the Oak Harbor location had wonderful custom service and boy they did not disappoint. I was able to find sizes and styles that fit perfectly. The prices were fantastic as well. I will definitely be making the trek again.

1 /5 Serena Edwards: Today’s date May 20, 2025, I purchased an item ant the Oak Harbor WA location and when I just tried to return the item with a receipt but no tag I was told I could not. The manager said this is the Oak Harbor WA store policy. I called another location and will be able to return my item there without the receipt but without the tag. It would be nice if that is a certain store policy that there is a sign or you are told when you purchase items. The manager I spoke to was a tall female with curly dark hair. BEWARE SHOPPERS WHEN SHOPPING AT THE OAK HARBOR WA LOCATION KEEP YOUR TAGS ATTACHED AT ALL TIMES!!! If I could give a negative star rating I would. I will not be shopping this location again.

5 /5 Rudy Grimm: I popped into Maurices to use up some of my birthday gift card and was greeted by the manager, Brittny, who guided me to the sections that matched my style. Then I met Rose, who really made my shopping trip special. She helped me pick out an outfit, try on different styles, and figure out what worked best for my body type, which can be tough for me due to my developmental disability. Rose even booked me a fitting room since it was busy and kept bringing me new options throughout my three-hour visit. Madeline was also super helpful and fun to chat with while Rose managed the front desk. I spotted Marley a few times too, and it was great to see a guy in fashion helping women with their outfits. He was really attentive to everyone. After a lot of trying on, I left with an outfit I absolutely loved. I had a blast chatting with everyone. Seriously, the customer service here is top-notch! I cant believe they dont have a 5-star rating!

5 /5 Shonie Cade: I just bought two bralettes from there originally priced at $15.99. I forgot I had a Rewards program started with them and was able to use it and saved almost $12 on my order which is incredible because they were $32ish for two of the bralettes regular price and I paid under $22. such a steal of a deal. And the workers there are super nice always willing to help. I will be returning again. It has been a while since Ive been there so I forgot how nice it was to shop with them. I would recommend this to anybody looking for nice quality clothing because they have a good selection and the workers there are just so friendly.
