Old Navy - Kennewick (WA)

5 /5 heather tibbett: I don’t know what has changed (new manager..?), but I visit Old Navy every couple of months and I was very pleasantly surprised recently. A couple of weeks ago I visited and not only was the store incredibly organized, but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Customer service is almost non existent generally speaking, but I was happy to be treated politely. Can’t wait to go back!

1 /5 D H: Bought an item. I live 45 minutes away, so don’t get to the mall very often. Did not like item and it did take me a bit to exchange. When I showed up at the store I was told that not only could I not get my money back, I also would not even be eligible for store credit or to do an exchange. The associates were not very friendly about it and I think that is a terrible policy. The receipt says no return for cash, but does not specify anywhere about store credit. Terrible Policy, I will never give another penny to Old Navy.

3 /5 Knokinawn: The clothes are decent quality and the selection is usually good. However, I am not sure if it just this Old Navy store or all Old Navy stores, but the staff is mostly unhelpful, unorganized, and lacking in good customer service skills. They are always busy chatting with each other though, and if you interrupt to ask a question, they make it seem as though you have just ruined their day. Personally, I try to shop here without engaging the staff. The line to check out is too narrow and difficult for customers to bypass each other to get waited on or exit, disorganized at best, and you wait waaaay too long. A half hour to get waited on is normal when they are moderately busy; longer if there is a rush. Overall, go for the affordable clothes and "live" shopping experience, but order online if you can to save time and headaches.

1 /5 Olga Voytsekhovska: I shop there all the time. Never had a bad experience. I have an old navy card. We are expecting our 2nd baby and we were told it was another boy. I ended up purchasing a couple items for him all full price. Well turns out it is a girl. I went to return or exchange for girl colors with the receipt it was like 1 week pass 30 days and the cashier said sorry we cant. She called a manager she was so rude and said theres nothing we can do not even exchange for a different color. This was such an unpleasant experience. I will be closing my card and will not be shopping there.
