1 /5 Robert Manaway Jr: You usually will never see me post any reviews (good or bad), the fact that this is the case would suggest the level in which I’m perturbed. Old Navy out here selling damaged items. After washing a pair of jeans that I tried on once and still never wore, they came up past my ankles. I was then told store policy they don’t take washed or work items. The last pair of the same jeans lasted maybe five (5) years or so, this pair didn’t even survive the wash. I just left them at the store and advised them they could do what they want with them.

5 /5 Dayanna Jimenez: I had a great experience at this location today with my toddler thanks to Gavin, I was in the store to make a quick return on a dress that didn’t make the cut for family Christmas pictures. Gavin made that process super easy and friendly.

1 /5 T *: Save yourself the headache and go the the outlet in the mall . If you return something here u ordered online here not like the outlet oldnavy where you get your refund right away or within 24 hrs. 14 days?? Why???? Isnt this the same company...

1 /5 Cassandra: Just left the store a few minutes ago, and Im so annoyed. They are going on about donating 5 dollars for charity. I say NO one time, and they keep on pushing to donate at no cost to me and blah blah blah. I had to say no thank you like 3 times. I tell my kids you should only ever have to tell someone no once. And these are grown adults who cant take no the first time. After I got frustrated and said no for the last time, this lady who I believe is a manager or something, white lady blonde hair with a big Ole gut proceeds to laugh at my frustration. So unprofessional

5 /5 Amanda Walia: Had a GREAT experience at this Old Navy today with my 5-month-old son, along with a full size stroller. > The Store was SUPER CLEAN and organized! > Had no issues with the stroller - plenty of space throughout the store. > Family Friendly, Stroller friendly bathroom. Clean bathroom with a clean sturdy changing table. This bathroom is BIG! > I was offered ROOM 1 in the changing room- TONS of space for the stroller, myself, and the clothes. Again, a nice BIG clean changing room. > STAFF: Was super friendly from the moment I walked-in to the moment I checked out. I even had to feed my baby a bottle midway shopping, changed him twice in the bathroom etc. Staff seemed to be very welcoming and understanding. * It’s hard all on its own trying to shop with a baby, so finding a store that makes that experience that much easier is such a relief. * To be Honest this was the first time I had walked into an Old Navy since I was in High School, but now after having such a good experience and finding some great items for my son along with a couple things for myself, I will be back. Thank you!
