Ross Dress for Less - Olympia (WA)

4 /5 Zohaib Khan: I had a great shopping experience at Ross Dress for Less! The store had amazing deals on name-brand items, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I was able to find at such affordable prices. The selection was well organized, and there were plenty of great finds in clothing, shoes, and home goods. It definitely feels like a treasure hunt in the best way. The customer service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made checkout quick and easy. Overall, a great place to shop if you’re looking for quality items at unbeatable prices. I’ll definitely be back!

3 /5 David Jeffery: I ended up having to use the Amazon lockers there in Ross because the two other nearest locations were full. I cant say it was a pleasant experience, if anything the atmosphere made me feel a little uncomfortable. It was around 8 pm I believe, and when I went in there were several employees up front but none bothered a greeting, just chattering amongst themselves. Even on my way out I said thank you and wished them a good night. Not a single response from any of them. So, yeah, not a great experience, 3 stars is probably too much but maybe this was just a one off chance happening.

2 /5 Blue: The value just isnt here like it used to be. The inventory is sparse compared to how it was in the past, and the prices have crept up to match standard department stores. As for the service, the staff is decent enough—not rude—but definitely not helpful or engaged. It’s just not worth the hunt when the payoff is this low.

5 /5 Hasanakay: Great store for all your clothing and household needs. Prices are super cheap compared to department stores as they always sell surplus items. Shopping is a nice experience with no excessive crowds. Things can be a bit disorganized but its expected for a place like this as they have limited staff.
