4 /5 Julie Ames: Its an okay store, no one working there if you need help and dressing rooms are always closed.

1 /5 Scott Pierce: Very annoyed while trying to shop. The person at the register kept saying over the intercom "we just got a donation, can I get a Woohoo!?" She did it every 30 seconds. I got annoyed put down the things I was going to buy and left.

5 /5 Maria Belanti: Maybe the best Ross I ever been since I discovered them in 2000. Clean, organized, pleasant helpful employees and selection of neatly stored items that didn’t look like used or trashed. Excellent experience. We came from Seattle with my daughter and I think we spend more than $400 combined!

5 /5 TI Irish: Im always cautious to review retailers during the Christmas shopping season but I had a really great experience here. The store was very clean and well organized. Things were very easy to find. Of course they are known for their fabulous prices but Ive been to many Ross stores and this one is by far the best. The layout of the register line worked well and the cashiers were quick but took just enough time to answer questions and offer gift receipts. They were bubbly and cheerful as well as efficient.

5 /5 Tina Ludwig: Good customer service.. always greeted as Im walking through the door with a "Welcome to Ross" and always with a smile on their face or even just in the sound of their voice!! Great products... Name Brand items.. and most times they have Clearance items "possibly even ones that youre looking to purchase on your visit".. for sale throughout the entire store! Worth a trip to any location near or far you wo y be sorry you did!!
