Ross Dress for Less - Yakima (WA)

1 /5 Janie Pardo: I honestly will never go back there. For a store that just opened, it was in very poor condition and I dont know who should be more ashamed, the management or the people of Yakima! The line was 20 people deep and 3 people stood in the front end doing other stuff. I hope they can hire better employees and a manager that can get it together.

1 /5 Anonymous: I hate coming here. Today’s been the worst experience. The cashier I had dropped the F bomb in front of me and my sister, then proceeded to say “well she’s being retarded” referring to her register. She wasn’t engaging at all with any of her customers and doesn’t know how to fold a shirt. Psa folding the shirt in half then tossing it on the counter isn’t good customer service. I should’ve called her manager but I spoke to a gentleman about it at the front. Other times associates don’t fold the clothes or engage with their customer either. I don’t get this kind of behavior at the other Ross near the mall. Very disappointing won’t be returning till they can train these people

1 /5 B. Folsom: The store is so dirty and disgusting. I am never coming here again. There was stuff spread out all over the floor. I asked to use the restroom for my three year-old daughter and they said it was closed. I know the employees have to use the restroom so there is a working restroom in the store. There’s no way they have workers that can’t use a restroom. I do not recommend coming to Ross and will not shop here ever again and this is my first time coming to this location. Awful experience!!

1 /5 orangevigor: I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Ross Dress for Less. Largely due to their VERY unprofessional hiring manager. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out, she never returned my calls, displaying a lack of respect AND basic courtesy. Whats worse, is that its very clear this store is urgent for new employees with the current staff looking extremely overwhelmed. Overall, this interaction has left me with a poor impression on Ross and I would not recommend the store on N Fair Ave. As a customer or for employment!
