4 /5 Jennifer Austin: Smiling faces and much more pleasant staff! One clerk was a little standoffish but hopefully with more experience she will open up more. Ive only been in one time recently but I would say theres a huge improvement over the times in the past when I was there. The inventory still could be improved as some sizes are very limited maybe those are the popular sizes Im not certain. I believe the new store manager has really overhauled the store in general; Im very happy with it overall.

5 /5 Kathy Hathaway: Very cheap on everything you buy. Love the store. Employees are friendly and helpful and polite and the store is clean and the prices are reasonable for everything. Bought a bag which I needed and love. Bought shoes in men size only because they didnt have women shoes in my size that would fit my feet. Bought socks which fit.The store is clean and clothes are on hangers and not on the floor. clean inside and outside of the store. A lot of parking outside of the store. The store has plus size in womens which is good cause its what I wear. I had some problems finding hand bags like back packs which they need more of small back packs with 3 or more pockets which I need.. I enjoy the store.

4 /5 kari Hecker: I like Ross. Its kind of hard to navigate through all there stuff. So you need to have time to look. The holidays make for the store to be a bit torn apart so finding things can be a bigger challenge. But all in all its a great store.
