1 /5 Dylan Cragle: Went to Rue 21 in Puyallup Washington earlier today 2/24 and was very disappointed with the customer service. They didnt have ANY sweatpants or joggers in small or medium at all (neither did they the last time I was there) the only size they seem to keep in stock is extra large. I was hoping I could try on a small and/or medium sweatpant of some kind so I could see how it fit before I bought the pair I wanted online. That way I wouldnt waste money on shipping what could have potentially been the wrong size, but that was clearly not an option. So I asked if they could order a pair to the store so I wouldnt be inconvenienced further (a reasonable request) and they told me they wouldnt be able to help me. Weird, if I go to a store like American Eagle and they dont have an item in my size they will ship it to their store for free!! It was a very unpleasant experience and I dont think I will be returning, which is a shame because your clothes are really cute!
