1 /5 Thomas OConnor: After reading the stores FAQ and seeing items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, I proceeded to purchase a $500 coat that was not labeled final sale anywhere on the item detail page. I emailed to start a return for the item and was directed to a different page outside of the FAQ that says any item marked down is final sale. Its common practice in online shopping to list final sale items as such (even several times, reiterating at checkout, and in order confirmation email). Studio Opal has none of this. Id be fine paying to ship the item back but not accepting an unopened return feels very anti consumer, and leaves me uninclined to return to shop here.
