1 /5 Thomas OConnor: After reading the stores FAQ and seeing items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, I proceeded to purchase a $500 coat that was not labeled final sale anywhere on the item detail page. I emailed to start a return for the item and was directed to a different page outside of the FAQ that says any item marked down is final sale. Its common practice in online shopping to list final sale items as such (even several times, reiterating at checkout, and in order confirmation email). Studio Opal has none of this. Id be fine paying to ship the item back but not accepting an unopened return feels very anti consumer, and leaves me uninclined to return to shop here.

1 /5 Eric Pinola: The candle I ordered for my wife was correct, but I could have bought it in Wimberly TX at a shop for a few dollars more. I paid 2x what the candle cost for expedited shipping, and did not get the candle till over a week later. I emailed them two times and never got a response and since my email has automatic read receipts, I noticed they never even opened the email. I own a business selling very expensive commercial truck parts. If I ever had an expedited shipment, not only would I make sure it arrived there on time, but I would fully cover the order and all costs if it did not. The reason being is I do not want my customers last dollar, I want their next dollar. In 10 years we have never lost a customer due to this level of customer service. I will never purchase anything from this business due to the complete lack of customer service and attention to detail. Im glad my wife loves the smell of this candle or Id probably fly to your location and return it. Very disappointed.

5 /5 Sharon Alker: Absolutely fabulous mix of clothes including some brands (free people) that are hard to see and try on in the community. Has good sales. Jewelry is artisan and is amazing and unique.

5 /5 Hannah Adams: I love visiting Studio Opel! I went to college in WW and have family there. I stop by every time I am in town! It is a great store. I got my graduation dress there and my first winter coat. Plus THREE of my bridesmaids work there! They are all such amazing people and I love that they love to work there. So proud of them!

5 /5 Amber Leitner: It is so wonderful to have a local clothing store with stylish, affordable, and quality clothing. They have truly a wonderful collection of modern, unique, and fun pieces of clothing! They have accessories such aa candles, jewelery, hair clips and now they have added skin care as well. You can honestly go in there and find something you will like:)
