Target - Wenatchee (WA)

1 /5 Cristian Cazares: I purchased a tablet for my son online- curbside pickup at Wenatchee target. When arriving I went to returns to see if my order was ready to be picked up. I met with Dean and he proceeded to let me know That he has not received the order yet, and it would take a few hours to populate into his system. I Asked how many hours until pickup. He quoted me 2 hours.. at that time they were about 3-4 hours until close. I mentioned if it would be ready by close and he proceeded to let me know that it will be ready the next day… From my perspective, Dean did not want to help me and continue on his day with writing stuff down while we had a conversation. He advised me to cancel the order online and buy it here while I was in store… ( Note : he was complaining to another coworker how his day was sour and how his day was overwhelming.) Inconvenient, and had a bad experience overall. Last time I order curbside with this store.

1 /5 Alea Clark: Honestly, the store director Peter lacks customer service skills. Im glad to know that the store is ran by "life is a technicality" mindset.

2 /5 Grace: It’s a nice place, but some employees were being unkind and impatient with my friends and I who were grabbing drinks from a place that they were restocking. We weren’t in their way nor were we being disrespectful. Not very appropriate.

5 /5 Diana Rigelman: Hard to beat for a wide availability of must haves under one roof. Apparel for all ages, reasonably priced accents, scarves and bags. Good selection on seasonal items to celebrate holidays. Targets home decor area is a fav.
