1 /5 Jodi Rasmussen: I contacted John Sept.18 about making some custom shirts for me in a hurry. I needed them by the 20th for a race we were needing them for to honor our son we just lost. He said no problem for an extra fee, that was understandable. I sent him the tshirts I had designed and he said no problem. Then the night before he started making excuses about the size of the photo, the font style and what he could do in that short of time. We worked thru the concerns I thought and he said he would have them ready on the 20th. I paid him thru Venmo and noticed he miss spelled the name. He said no problem I can fix that. We go and pick them up and he had me a rolled up paper bag and walks away. I peaked in the bag and saw a portion of the photo and left. It’s a nasty neighborhood and area. When I say them, the print was all capitalized like we discussed wasn’t going to be and the photo was discolored. His face had a purple hue and was a horrible stiff print. Not what we talked about or the quality I paid for. I messaged him about the issues and he said sorry, I can remake them and have them for you tomorrow. We had our race and no time to remake them. Once I washed them to wear, the photo area wrinkled all up and every was gets worse. I turned them inside out and air dried. Just horrible material used and bad workmanship. If he couldn’t do a good job in the time I needed them, he shouldn’t take the job. I had hoped to wear them after the race to honor our son but they are looking so bad they look like there a couple years old not 2 months and washed twice.I’ve included the origami tshirt is photo 1- the 2 nd photo is what he was supposed to make for me- 3rd photo is what ours turned out like. Besides the fact that he didn’t print the back . I wasn’t bothered by that cause of the time frame but the quality is horrible. He made us 6 tshirts for $200 which I paid him about $20+ to round it up and show my appreciation for doing it fast for us. I should have seen them before I over paid. I would not recommend this Buisness. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. He stopped responding.
