Title Nine - Seattle (WA)

5 /5 DMisch West: The store I had been to before was in Eugene, But since I was living in Seattle they were kind enough to tell me there were stores in Seattle area too. Honestly, I cannot rave enough about Title Nine. They outfitted me me with some good clothing for New Zealand glaciers and Antarctica this year. Im picky about my clothes cuz I only want to own one, not multiples of the same thing. That being said, the clothing that I bought has been extremely high quality that I expect to be using for many many years. They are a little pricier, but Im willing to pay the price for that. And on top of that, their customer service is outstanding. From dealing with the Eugene store over the phone, them calling me back and remembering me, shipping something out to me, and then here in Seattle today. Its exceptional across the board in both these stores. I will be coming back.

1 /5 Addison: What a bummer - I used to shop here all the time and would spend hours with the incredibly warm and helpful staff when I needed to do my annual haul. New staff - no warmth - no community. Will not be back.

5 /5 Sonja Baron: Excellent place to shop local, for good quality outdoor clothing. Friendly service, fast shipping, and easy to make exchanges.

1 /5 Adeline Honnas: Checked Green Lake store hours-open until 5pm. Drove there and had to find parking, its a busy Sunday afternoon area (40 min to get to the Title Nine doors @ ~2:35pm.) Doors are locked with two signs posted: "back at 2:45pm" and "Closing at 4pm today". Waited, knocked on the door at 2:45 and got let in. Wont be back. Not worth it if the store isnt willing to honor their store hours commitment.
