Torrid - Union Gap (WA)

1 /5 Jeweliana Cumpton: I am not sure what happened to this company. Ive been shopping at torrid for years and I used to love their product. I recently bought myself a new wardrobe after having a baby. And the clothes are such low quality. Most of the underwear started fraying and just pulling apart, multiple bras started ripping. My shirts all shrunk really badly and got holes in them, after just a couple of washes. I contacted the company about this and all they did was say sorry and gave me a $20 voucher. I spent $100s of dollars to have majority of the clothes get thrown away. I still have other torrid clothes from years ago, shirts, bras and pants. That are still in great condition. So, I dont know if they got a new Wearhouse contract or something. But I will not be buying clothed from them again. And that really sucks because as a plus sized women it is hard to find reliable clothes to buy. I have thrown away most of the clothes before I remembered to take pictures. All of the rips and holes happened within weeks of buying the clothes.

1 /5 Hayden Attaway: I like some of the clothes but the employees were quite rude and embarrassed to me to the point of tears. I did not feel welcome. Not spending my money here anymore .

I needed to find a dress quickly and this was my first stop and walked out with 3 gorgeous flattering dresses and a knit cardigan for less than $100. Given the tag prices, I was expecting a big hit to my wallet when I checked out but they were running sales and clearance deals. The clothing I got were great quality, dresses were lined. I am so glad I tried them out and will be coming for sure.

3 /5 Cindy QT: Cute clothes for all age ranges for plus size womens clothes. Customer service was good. The prices of plus size shopping is outrageous and this company is very high on that scale. Although cute stuff not a place I will frequent because of the prices.

1 /5 Abby Thompson: I go to the torrid In tricities all the time. I have their card and always spend a lot of money here because of the great selection however the store in Yakima is just bad. They act like every other department store where they say they sell plus sizes but instead have mostly 0s and 1s then tell you that oh well the actual plus sizes fly off the shelves. I couldnt find anything in my size at this store and I was severely disappointed with this. If you say you cater to plus sizes then why is your stock all for tiny people? Never coming back here.
