1 /5 Tracy T.: I usually enjoy shopping here because the store is spacious and clean. However, my experience today was frustrating. I donated items earlier in the day and received a 20% off coupon. When I came back in the evening to shop, I had forgotten to bring the coupon. At checkout, I asked if it was possible to get a replacement, but the staff member with purple hair refused.
It’s frustrating to donate for free and then be denied a simple replacement for a small 20% discount when coming back to spend money on other donated items. I understand policies, but a little flexibility and friendliness would go a long way in making customers feel appreciated.
