5 /5 Adam Maldonado: Great store and a real asset to Shelton. The staff are friendly and helpful, shelves are well-stocked, and it’s easy to get in and out for both quick trips and full shopping runs. Convenient location, solid selection, and reliable service every time.

3 /5 Angela Marie: I usually try to avoid this store since it’s often crowded, and some of the staff can be unpleasant. That said, the friendly staff do help make up for it. Lately, many items are locked up, so quick trips are no longer possible—you have to track down a team member to unlock what you need, which is very inconvenient and time-consuming.

2 /5 Heidi Presson: Unfortunately, there are always shelves around this store that are without product, Theres always a fight for parking places, they lack variety of products, and the store is beat up looking or just plain dirty or maybe its cause its older. On the plus side the cashiers are always cheerful and greet me with mostly smiles. The guy at the door gives me a glare as I walk out without allowing him to see my receipt ( none of his business what I bought, I signed no contract for that!) No law says I need to show it so I dont! Most staff are easily found during the day before lunchtime, aside from front end staff which are always present.

1 /5 Sheri Dodge: Im done, no more chances to redeem yourselves. Your employees are a joke. KITTY needs to be trained on how to treat paying customers in the alcohol section. I waited by the locked up batteries in back and couldnt find ANYONE to unlock it. As I was checking out I noticed batteries in the front. KITTY just stared at us. They arent locked up, she says finally. Why would you have locked up batteries in the back and wide open in the front? Although they looked like they were locked up, I explained how we couldnt find anyone in the back (as she seemed annoyed), she says "everyones on lunch". I said that doesnt make sense, thats dumb. She says DONT SHOP HERE THEN. I will never go back. I do all my major shopping there, USED too. I tried calling to say all of this in person and no one answered any number I pushed. I have worked with people my entire life and NEVER would I say something like that. So many negative things have happened there. No manager gives a crap.
